Project Overview
CV Action is a career enablement platform designed to help professionals create high-quality digital portfolios and professional documents without needing design or development skills. The product allows users to enter structured profile information once, then generate multiple outputs: a professional CV, a personal portfolio website, a shareable profile URL and exportable PDF documents. The platform supports multiple templates, languages, industries and career levels. CV Action is especially relevant for young graduates, freelancers, developers, designers, consultants and professionals across African markets who need to present themselves credibly to local and international opportunities. The backend is built with AdonisJS and integrates African Mobile Money payment providers (MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money, etc.) for subscription and document purchase flows. Profile management, template selection and PDF generation are all handled server-side for performance and reliability.

The existing options are either too generic, too expensive, poorly adapted to local contexts or require technical/design skills that most users do not have. As a result, talented professionals often appear less credible than they actually are.
Our Solution

CV Action provides a no-code system that transforms structured CV data into polished career assets. Users can generate a portfolio website, export a professional PDF CV, choose from premium templates and share their profile through a custom URL. Payment for premium features is handled through African Mobile Money providers, removing the friction of card-based payments for local users.
